We had one guy that worked in construction. Came in for a quick haircut, fell asleep sitting up. We all felt so bad, we just let him sleep for a solid 30 minutes after his haircut was done. 😂

I would never say your facial is over. I would personally do a singing bowl or something that initiates the treatment is coming to a close and depending on where you work you want to continue the experience with post treatment care. i think language post treatment is really important. 9/10 most guest/ clients know the treatment is coming to a close ❤️🥰 try to avoid language like its over, its done, we are finished etc- can be harsh when they're so relaxed from the treatment. You want to not ruin that by using harsh words or making them feel rushed! Personally coming from a therapist working in luxury resorts the last 10 years 🥰
