Its not actually unhealthy, its the ingredients like unhealthy oils, too much butter or salt, and too much CHEESE! Not everything needs cheese especially processed cheese. I use Avocado oil, corn tortillas (gluten free) instead of harina all the time. i also add more vegetables which our ppl lack lol. Not all vegetables need to be soaked in sodium and canola oil n grease either. Nopales are such a staple in my house too!
