This is misleading. Anthropic isn't "paying people to learn AI" — it's a competitive 4-month AI Safety research fellowship where you're expected to produce publishable papers. The $3,850/week is a research stipend, not a study grant. You need a strong background in ML, Python, and empirical research to even get considered. Calling it "paying regular people to learn AI" is pure clickbait.

Saying no AI experience required is super misleading. Sure you might not need specific AI experience, but the requirements are actually elite. You still need a heavy tech background like a degree in computer science, math or physics, fluent Python, and serious research experience. Nobody is paying almost 4k a week to teach beginners from scratch. This is a highly technical program for top tier engineers and scientists, not a free course.
