Victoria's character is so annoying. I'd blame it on the writers. But also Ariana is just way way more talented. I always wondered why the show was named after her when it's clearly about Cat's. lol Even Jade (Liz) is more interesting.

I love Victoria. But I felt like her character was bland, the others were memorable by their silly and goofy sides especially Robbie! And if she wanted to be a star like hannah, she should not have been paired with such great actors and singers since most of them outshined her. I love her, really shes my favorite, but thats somehow what happened.

I remember way back when Victorious first aired and EVERYONE was commenting that Ariana was the better singer and was prettier than Victoria. Ariana’s character definitely gained more popularity than Victoria’s even though Victoria was the main character. It seems like Nickelodeon also took notice and invested/backed up Ariana’s career instead. Also Ariana’s first official single that she put out with Mac Miller, was better received by the masses compared to Victoria’s first official single.

i think its because in hannah montana the spotlight was literally on miley. on victorious on the other hand everyone performed because it focuses on a group of talented students that can sing and dance and it just happened that victoria was outshined by her costar

I don’t think Victoria ever had musical artist appeal, she didn’t even have main character appeal but I think she was great on zoey 101 as a side character. Hearing Ariana’s voice back then, her career felt inevitable. Voices like that don’t come around often… I don’t think Victoria would have ever found a lot of success but I do believe Dan was shitty to her. And last thing I’ll say is that the “we all sing” meme video is still hard to watch to this day but I think the context of her being in this position with the show and Dan makes a lot of sense why she would reply something like that.
