I seriously cannot believe I’m this close to seeing a ONE in front of my weight again. 😭 Like… POUNDS away. Five months ago, I was over 40 pounds heavier, inflamed, exhausted, uncomfortable in my body and just tired of feeling tired. And trust me, I’ve tried things before. I’ve started. I’ve stopped. I’ve told myself I was going to get serious. I’ve wanted the weight off SO badly, but nothing ever felt like something I could actually stick with long enough to see THIS kind of change. Then five months ago, I decided to try something different. And watching this video back honestly makes me emotional because sometimes you don’t realize how far you’ve come until you put the old version of yourself right beside the woman you are now. 🥹 OVER 40 POUNDS GONE. My inflammation is down. My clothes fit completely different. I have more energy. I feel better. I LOOK happier. And I’m literally just a few pounds away from being UNDER 200. 😭🔥 I haven’t seen that number in YEARS. I keep thinking… is this actually happening?! And YES. It freaking is. I’m a busy mama. I have a family, a life, responsibilities and all the same things I had five months ago.
