But HOW GOOD ARE THE SUMMER CLOTHES? 😂☀️ I went to Margate for a few days and took some of their new in season pieces. Firstly - can we talk about how incredible Margate is? I already can’t wait to go back. Secondly - how amazing are these outfits?! I feel like this collection is very “main character Summer” but still wearable and practical for actual life? I think that’s what I love most about Next actually - it feels fashion-forward without feeling intimidating? Like you can try trends, colours and silhouettes without feeling like you’re dressing up as somebody else. Here’s what I wore: 🍋 the yellow short suit - it’s giving “I summer in the South of France” despite me actually just getting chips on the beach in Kent 🩷 the pink cardigan + printed skirt combo - sorry we all know how much I love these kind of cardigans - the pink and palm trees make it the perfect thing to throw on when the sun goes down at sunset! I literally love this outfit as it’s dopamine dressing at its absolute finest. 🐚the embroidered blouse + headscarf look - I am definitely in my headscarf era but it’s also so practical to stop me burning my scalp, my hair fading and it lifts your hair away from your neck on soft days! I love this look so much! ⚫️ the black romper and zebra loafers surprised me - you will rarely see me in black as I never thought I suited it but this little two piece has made me rethink everything. Comfortable AND chic and easy to throw on but I think the animal print loafers stop it from being too muted 🦓 👗 and the flowery colourful top and shorts with the denim jacket just feels like the easiest throw-on summer outfit ever - plus the best thing about a two piece is you can style them separately too! I hope this has given you some summer wardrobe inspiration - I still can’t believe I’m a Next ambassador. What a dream!!
