Ear itching and drainage for no apparent reason. Phantom smells that drive you insane. Seeing things in your peripheral vision that aren't actually there. Not being able to sleep because every time you get comfortable and start to drift off it feels like a bug crawling on your skin.

So thankful to be a Gen Xer and we are sharing our experiences out loud for the next generations. My Silent Gen mom and Baby Boomer sister said NOTHING. Also, as a PCOS girlie, the gak blobs are unfortunately not a new development for me. 🥺 Heating pad, as many pain meds as one can safely take, and bed rest with your legs elevated help.
