I largely agree with what you’re saying, but please do more research on FISA (pronounced Fye-Za). It does not at all give the govt the authority to spy on Americans. It has strict strict rules about that. I went down a rabbit hole a couple years ago because I was scared about it and I learned more than I could ever want to know, but I walked away about less concerned about that specifically.
