I have the Broadstone Beaumont Cabin tent it sleeps 13 people. It's very similar to this one except the front area is completely enclosed on the ground and zips into a room as well and it also has 2 dividers that you can remove for each side to be private bedrooms.

put a tarp under the tent it does the trick so it's not loud also keeps the ground from getting cold.

I am 1 of 4 siblings, and so travelling was always a no go. However, one year my dad got this amazing tax refund and he bought this huge tent and setup. We were able to travel down south for 5 years in a row because of it. We had two cot bunk beds and a queen sized cot, a vanity/changing area, a camp kitchen, and a dining room. It was better than an rv because it was bigger, and when we got home it was easier to store.
