Dry using: • Dehydrator OR • Oven at 170-180°F (77-82°C) for 30-60 minutes ⸻ 4️⃣ Cool Allow the dried pieces to cool completely before grinding. 5️⃣ Grind Into Powder Blend or grind until a fine powder forms. 6️⃣ Store Keep in an airtight glass jar away from heat and moisture. ⸻ ☕ How to Use It I add approximately ¼ teaspoon  to water a chug it or:  🌿 Tea 🌺 Smoothie 🍋 Yogurt ✨ Soup ⸻ Important Notes ⚠️ Avocado pit powder is very bitter and earthy. ⚠️ Start with small amounts. ⚠️ Too much may be harsh on digestion. ⚠️ This is a traditional wellness practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease. ⸻ “Waste Less.
