@mancancooknz: Sunday morning pancakes 🥞 Chocolate Chip Buttermilk Pancakes Ingredients 250g plain flour 40g caster sugar 1 tbsp baking powder ½ tsp baking soda ½ tsp salt 2 eggs 360ml buttermilk 70g unsalted butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 scoops Everydaydose COLLAGEN+ 150g chocolate chips To Serve Salted butter Maple syrup Extra chocolate chips Method In a bowl whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda and salt. In another bowl whisk eggs, buttermilk, melted butter and vanilla. Stir through the COLLAGEN+ until smooth. Pour wet ingredients into dry and gently fold together until just combined. Don’t overmix — lumps are good. Fold through chocolate chips. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes for extra fluffy pancakes. Cook pancakes in a buttered non-stick pan over medium-low heat until golden on both sides. Stack them high with salted butter and maple syrup.
