What should I make next?! 🍦✨ The couple that sold me this machine simply said they didn’t use it enough to justify having it, huh I thought at this price point there was definitely something wrong with the compressor. I’m glad I was wrong 😅 For the foodies: I love that the machine has a pre-chill mode, it took about 20 minutes to chill fully, and, I aged my crème anglaise overnight. And, it took about 35 minutes to get to soft serve consistency! There are still noticeable ice crystals in the final product, but not nearly as big as I find using a traditional hand crank machine or the kitchen aid ice cream bowl!
