As someone who always thought these two were the worst from day one of the valley I am surprised it took everyone else so long to see these two for who they are. Season one…they clearly put on a show and are acting like this is still miss universe and they have to be perfect. Season two DANNY S A their mutual friend…yet Janet is the problem? And KRISTEN doubling down for them? That’s just weird. Season three he is belittling his wife and he acts like he never heals a child before during their trip despite his CONSTANT “whatever under whatever” please. They are fake and they give religious energy and not in a good way. And it shows on the show if anyone says they are anything less the perfect then they are public enemy number one. Janet is not the problem Nia and Danny are.

I feel like Nia is trying to convince herself too, not just the audience. Her thinking “it’s none of your business” while also thinking “thank god I’m not going crazy” is her actively trying to override her instincts. I’m sure their therapist is prob someone connected to their church & prob is validating Danny’s feelings as the man of the house. So she is hearing no normal opinions about this behavior besides Lala atm
