I’m Filipino — rice is life for us. The rice is cooked first in a rice cooker before being mixed into whatever dish you want to make. Everything you mixed in, like the corn, meat, and others, were already pre-cooked, while the rice was added directly without being cooked first, so it really ended up undercooked.
