Break apart the chicken and continue cooking through Add roasted red peppers, butter beans, and spinach. Cook for 15 minutes until excess liquid reduces Meanwhile, cook pasta in heavily salted water until just shy of al dente. Reserve 1 cup pasta water before draining (this helps emulsify the sauce) Add pasta and pasta water to the pot. Stir in the hummus and Greek yogurt. Add lemon juice, cover, and cook on low for a few minutes until thickened.
