when a cat lays on you you subconsiously relax your muscles to not hurt the cat. plus warmth. plus they purr at around 20-50 Hz, a frequency which has been studied to improve tissue health in some people. 💕

OMG I KNOW SOMETHTING ABT THIS when cats purr it can be healing idk why but the vibrations can literally heal you also another fact about their purring is that they don’t only do it when they comfy, it’s just a reaction to an emotion. They purr when they’re scared, angry, relaxed, or happy!!!
