With good governance, Africa can take good care of all of its children. African birth control is more about global power than anything else. The richest continent can feed and raise its people. Just get rid of the corrupt leaders and puppets of the Occident.

Sorry, but you are wrong. Ultimately, Africa’s high birth rate (while the rest of the world has declining birth rates) will make it the most important continent on Earth. Additionally, the danger comes from not having a younger generation to support an aging population. The young are the ones who actually develop developing nations. The young are the ones who protect developed nations and project their military power.

It's a good idea but reality is different, most Africans don't reside in cities, they don't depend on the money economy. When I was growing up in the village, most families were large because of the need for physical Labour to cater for farming the food for the house hold and grazing animals plus other chores. Two children can't do that, and Africa is not as United as China, so uplifting millions into city life still has a long way to go.
