There are at least 6 common types of magnesium: glycinate, citrate, oxide, malate, taurate, and L-threonate. One is commonly used for relaxation, two are often used for constipation, and another can be taken more for energy support. That’s why people should explain WHICH magnesium instead of just vaguely saying “take magnesium.”

I used to have difficulty falling asleep, and if ever i finally fell asleep, i often wakes up, and hard to get back to sleep, so i tried taking magnesium glycinate. It helps me falls asleep deeply, and calmly. It really helps.
