The anti-SAG was not put in correctly! It goes from the top where the hinges to the bottom corner. Think of it as picking up the bottom corner that has no support.

Just fyi we added wheels at bottom of our outside gate on the deck worked really well especially with the weight when it’s open.

Sag going wrong way. If you are using a post as a cross bar it would be right, but since it’s holding up the other end, and not pushing it up, it’s wrong

Your tension cable is running the wrong way. If it was a compression block you’d have it right, but since it’s a wire that doesn’t have compressive strength it needs to run from the top hinge. Think about it like a string and your goal is to pick up the bottom corner on the latch side
