I told my husband “and you have to put up with me” jokingly. He replied with “you act like it’s a chore or a problem to be with you. And it isn’t.. You aren’t difficult. I get to be with you. I get to love you and come home to you.” I said well I irritate myself so I think i irritate you. He says “well that sounds like a personal problem because you don’t” all my life I’ve been made to believe I’m hard to love, and I’m a problem and he don’t ever make me feel that way! 🥰

my now husband when we first started dating i had a really bad panic attack and i mean like couldn’t breath hyperventilating panic attack, He immediately took action, giving me a tight bear hug and having me match his breathing. He then learned my triggers and the signs i have when im getting anxious. 4 years later i had anxiety on our wedding day (i hate being the center of attention) i kicked everyone out of the bridal room and locked myself in the bathroom just trying to ground myself a couple seconds later i heard “my love, turn off the light and open the door to stick your hand out” We held hands as he talked to me, even prayed over me and us and our day. I’ll forever thank God for blessing me with him as my husband
