Dice your mushroom, yellow onion, bell pepper, and cut your beef. 2. In a bowl, mix your kelp noodles with baking soda and lemon juice and let marinate for 10 minutes. In a pan on medium heat coated with spray oil, sauté your mushrooms, yellow onion, bell pepper, spinach, and beef. 4.
