I work in cybersecurity what the government is doing and palantir is way worse than we all want to think. Since the Patriot Act in 2001 I’m sure the government has been doing more than we thought. Noticed it at work as well, colleagues are the watchers, they keep you in check through their commentary and body language on the time you come in, how flexible your work hours are and when you leave. Not management, the colleagues!!!

I agree, this is why it upsets me when I see people taking pictures of strangers. Even if you think it’s wholesome or innocent it’s creepy. People sitting in the car on break to eat are being recorded. People recording people just standing at the grocery store. People recording people who they think look funny. It’s wrong.
