8C oats cinnamon 3/41C melted oil , 1C honey or maple syrup, 2t salt, melted, 1 t vanilla into the the melted oil, shredded coconut, almonds, nut, toast in oven at 325 for 15 -20 minutes on parchment

Saw a video months ago… bought the oats. Forgot. Just saw now, after midnight. I did oats, pumpkin pie spice, shredded coconut, pumpkin seeds, hemp hearts, ground flax, honey and maple syrup and a tablespoon or two of olive oil since I didn’t have coconut. I also added goji berries. We have 8 minutes left!

Hey girl I made it and it was a hit!! Made it with coconut oil, coconut flakes, pumpkin seeds, almonds, pecans, vanilla extract, pinch of salt rum extract (this took it to another level!!), maple syrup and honey!! On rotation till thee end of time!! Eat it with my coffee!
