Btw I do NOT recommend telling ppl your moving,walking in silence is the best option or if you do tell someone make sure they don’t tell anyone and make sure they are VERY trustworthy!

I moved out at 17! Best thing ever. Roommates and trusted friends are always good if you can’t totally afford something yourself. But only for a short time until you can, nobody wants roommates forever lol. I’m turning 18 in three months and I just got into my own place!

Save 2 or 3times the rent .. $250 or more aside for light bill etc depends on how much electricity you use , money aside for security deposit . Advice yall to save 3,500-4,000 especially if you only get paid every 2 weeks

$2000 to move is not doable unless you wanna be living paycheck to paycheck. when i moved out i had to pay first months rent, security deposit (which was first months rent so that’s another $2500) and a bunch of fees on top of that you have to buy furniture and stuff for your apartment
