I hateeeee training 😭😭😭 ‘like I suck at explaining things especially when I’m trying to do other shit like ring in orders remember shit etc! and also when I’m really just like really in flow state I don’t have the time nor the patience to sit there and explain my every move.

I was training a day 2 an by mid shift sis was taking half the section on her own running, drinks food, pouring beers, putting in accurate orders starting tables and girl sighhhhh the relief it was to train someone again who’s worked in a restaurant before !😭🙌

There should be a person to voluntary train and they should be getting an incentive on top of that, not an employee forced to train. Needs better structure. Nobody likes to train especially with no extra pay
