I get it but so what ? They were also given a paycheck those 15 years or whatever so it’s not like they lost anything they were paid to be there. Someone will be replaced whether they were there eight months for 10 years so I don’t see what the difference is.

Yeah I have a feeling we might lose our EVP of Finance soon. Been there 14 yrs and they brought in a new CEO who quickly fired his boss the CFO, and then refused to consider any internal candidates for the CFO replacement. 14 yrs and he wasn’t even allowed to apply…. I feel in my gut he’s gonna go.
