@lifewithgrams: Replying to @Sha Sha #Caregiver #Dementia #Hospital #Grandma #Grateful 🙏 As a caregiver you can do absolutely everything “right” & the “wrong” will still find you. One minute Grandma was fine sitting down & the next she fell over & head butted the wall. For a small moment I truly thought she died. I had no idea what happened but she opened her eyes & started throwing up. She couldn’t stand up after she hit her head because she was so dizzy. It was beyond terrifying. I had the option of keeping her home but my gut told me to get her checked at the hospital & I am glad I did. All her vitals, blood work & CT scans are good! The staff here has been absolutely amazing.
