Awww sweet, as cabin crew on long-haul, it’s quite normal to have a bad stomach after flying all day. I’m usually bloated for approximately 12 to 16 hours after flying. I always try to go to the toilet before a flight and only eat something very light on the Flight. Wait approximately two hours after landing and then have some food. It usually helps a lot.
