i've been trying to reach for fruit instead of sweet treats! grapes satisfy the sweet cravings for me. and then i've been loving the twisted frozen mini yoghurts for a dessert after dinner with low cal 🥰

My fix to my sugar cravings, especially at night. Is switch adrenal chocolate flavour. I have it as a hot or iced chocolate before bed!

Slay I used to tried to savoury breakfast for ages but just need it sweet in the morning so now I do protein yogurt w SF maple syrup and protein powder with almond butter and blueberries so it doesn’t spike my blood sugar and lead to sugar cravings later

That’s actually funny because when I don’t eat my sweet breakfast (usually eats and fruit or yogurt and fruit) I feel like I crave sugar more throughout the day

Breakfast I struggle not to have something sweet so I go for high protein pancakes partnered with protein yoghurt or eggs on GF bread then I drizzle some sweet soy and sea salt on top. Sounds strange but it hits the savoury and sweet and it’s so good.

I have always struggle with sugar cravings, however I’ve started eating completely whole foods, no refined sugars, no seed oils and I’ve completely lost all sugar cravings and all my hunger

This always happens to me and when I have intense sugar cravings I cut sugar out completely for 2 days and then it literally goes away and I gradually increase my sugar again
