From the moment you walk in you’re welcomed by the friendly staff. The place is really nice as well, it’s tucked away in a little neighbourhood. In the 18 steps, they do a scalp analysis and then from that they tailor the products they use and recommend certain things. They clean and prep the scalp, massage the neck and shoulders then you move to the headspa room. Here they do a hair treatment, facial, steam and water therapy 🧖‍♀️. It’s so relaxing.
