@theartmother: ✨SHOW OFF✨ So this all art&entertainment sphere is performative. But it is so different for visual artists! Musicians play concerts, actors are on stage, etc…. and the weird girl/boy with a pencil and art supply addiction is sitting at home with an incredible talent. I think more artists should have the AUDACITY to show their art off! Not just on social media, but local exhibitions. Why can an amateur band have a concert and why can’t an “amateur” artist have an exhibition? I am not saying it is not happening, but it so rare and it HAS TO BE the new normal❤️ Are there any artists you admire, who are not yet big but you really admire their work?
