im sooo confused how you can be EVICTED from a home that YOU OWN. I am not very smart, but this just doesn't make sense to me. I would never buy a home in an hoa community.

HOAs often become small unelected governments with disproportionate power over homeowners. I don’t understand why communities don’t instead create limited neighborhood associations focused solely on shared maintenance and community standards without intrusive control over private property.

if you really look at HOAs they do have ridiculous rules like this. for example. In Nevada, you can not have a lifted truck in several communitys near Henderson, along with having annual inspections inside your own home to make sure you are following their gidelines not having anything dark or "satanic" in their eyes in your home. (I was thinking of moving back closer to my family but I love horror an I collect vintage classic horror movie posters from Child's Play/Friday The 13th/Halloween/Hellraiser and I collect life size animationics of those same characters) my family lives in Nevada and struggled to find a non HOA home. but Im good. im staying in Colorado and thats how I get my facts 🤙
