Full-time Dasher here… Every time I drop off food… Every time… I always look at the door swing, and think of these type of videos… How do you miss this?

Reduce the tip and note in delivery instructions. If they can’t follow instructions then that’s there problem. Tips are dependent on service.

I dont know how many times I have delivered food and there's already a delivery at the door blocking the people's door, I always move it off to the side. what's wrong with people

If you complain to DoorDash, they’ll give you a refund because I had to go all the way through my garage to open the door The only reason I complained because it was happening to me all the time

Simple way to make sure this doesn’t happen is to put a table out there even just a TV tray put in notes leave on table problem solved

I literally look at the doors and sometimes even imitate it being opened to make sure it doesn’t get in the way where I deliver it 😅

i only do that when the customer doesn't tip otherwise im very mindful of which way the door opens and where i place the order
