@leokatieocd: It's hard to know what's intuition vs what's OCD. But here's a hint. If it feels urgent, panicky, & like you need to get absolute certainty about it... it's probably OCD. I am struggling with the telling the difference between the ocd and inution since my mind and body is in full panic of “oh this isn’t right I can’t do this I don’t feel this way” and I can’t tell which is which and I’m struggling 😞

i was screened for ocd a couple years ago and had all the markers to an extremely high degree above that which qualifies for a diagnosis apart from the symptom that makes it ocd (the rituals)
