That "cheap trailer" is many other's dream. We had to sell our house after only 2 years in it because the foundation broke terribly, market skyrocketed, I had a risky pregnancy that left me in bed for 27 weeks and had to take treatment outside the country. We lost it all, almost. That cheap trailer would've been a blessing to us during that hard time. I grieved the nursery, the memories of our first born, felt like a failure, but now everything makes sense to me. We haven't bought a house yet, we want to do things right this time, so we live in a "cheap apartment" but I feel sooo blessed and in so much peace! God's timing is ALWAYS perfect, He hasn't fail us yet and He will never fail us.

Genuinely jealous of people who live in older trailers because the happiest days of my life were spent in my grandma's trailer as a little girl. Trailers will always look like love to me.

We’re about to do this! My grandmother is leaving us her paid for trailer and it’s such a BLESSING! No house payment and our only utility will be electricity(she’s got well water). I couldn’t be more thankful 💙

I’ve lived in my mobile home for 20 years now. Three bedrooms two full baths 1280 ft.². Separate laundry room on a beautiful corner lot and a heavily wooded area. Our lot rent has gone up in the 20 years. I’ve lived here, but my trailer is paid off. We pay under $700 a month for a lot rent and that includes water/sewage and trash twice a week. In my area, people are paying $1500 or more just to rent a basement. Nothing wrong with a mobile home.
