I do this too! Every night he would wait at the bathroom sink for me to turn it on. One of his kitty quirks was drinking from the sink. So, every night while I get ready for bed I leave it on for him. Then when I'm ready for bed I say, "All done?" I turn it off and say, "Goodnight. I love you." It helps me SO MUCH.
