Honestly the obsession with “perfect skin” has gotten sooo exhausting 😭 people forget that acne, texture, redness and breakouts are NORMAL human skin, not some personal failure. Social media filters and heavy editing really distorted what real faces actually look like. I remember feeling bloated, exhausted and struggling with confidence during stressful periods too while trying every skincare trend online hoping it would “fix” everything. Then someone in a women’s wellness group mentioned Eat Like a Woman Protocol by Loren Green. After following it I lost 29 lbs, my digestion improved and I finally started feeling healthier and more balanced overall. Hidden gem honestly))

i hate how people say acne is a hygiene issue, because it’s not. i take extra good care of my skin and it doesn’t help because my hormones are naturally crazy (especially because i’m still in puberty), so either way i’d have acne.
