I have a 2015 chevy but no matter what screen im on i dont see v8 or v4 mode , i got the truck used with 160k and ive never noticed a drop in power cruising on the highway or anything like it dropping 4 cylinders i dont know how to tell if the delete has already been done on my truck

I have a 2018 silverado 1500 4.3, and have had one on mine for over a year now. Can tell just a little mpg change, but will sacrifice that to prolong my engine life.

It’s the AFM/DFM is the culprit especially that causes the problem with the lifters too
