Ingredients: - 1/2 cup oats - 2/3 cup water - 1 serving @Promix Nutrition vanilla or chocolate whey protein powder - 2 tbsp cocoa powder - 1/2 tbsp maple syrup (or sweetener of choice) - pinch of salt - 1 tbsp peanut or almond butter How to: - Add the oats, water, protein powder, cocoa powder, maple syrup and pinch of salt to a blender. - Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth. - Pour into a small oven safe bowl and microwave for 1-1.5 minutes.
