i would take the trousers back - they’ve not met the brief and they also don’t actually look like they fit in some places. if you’re paying for a tailored suit it should be fitting you like a glove and in the style that you like

You are right to be choosey. The trousers aren’t just incorrect cut. They are too tight around the thigh and crotch area also. In addition to waist and inseam you should be able to specify the hip, thigh, calf and leg opening I think. You are awesome. Cheers!
