I found a good little secret. I use cooking coconut oil the white one not the clear one and I’m telling you it took them out so easy. They just sit there for like a few minutes and they come out and there’s no residue left on the hair either I recommend that I’ll never use anything else but that.

You’re definitely breaking off hair. Use oil, they come out much faster and you don’t have to pull them apart.

Do not use oil on the tabs. It is very hard to get all traces of the oil off the tabs after you have done that. The next install will more than likely slip bc the oil keeps the tape from adhering to the tabs. Only use the oil on the hair itself after the tab is removed

i used goo gone😭 not using tape ins currently but goo gone worked sooo well when i was taking them out (im in cosmo school yes ik goo gone will damage your hair i just do not care😕)

I removed mine with dola hair tape in remover and half of my hair fell out from removal process 😭

Boy, is it ever difficult to be a woman nowadays all this talk just about hair extensions and the cost to maintain it and that’s just one thing wow in cases like this when you look at it I think I’d rather be a man lol
