The consistency is sooo inspiring 😩 postpartum recovery is way more emotional than people realize. I remember trying to “bounce back” while secretly dealing with cravings, low energy and feeling uncomfortable in my own skin every day. Nothing I tried really helped long term. Let’s not make people think that you can achieve this result by only doing these core exercises, you have to be on calorie deficit and drink a lot of water, exercise regularly, do cardio and sleep well.

Congratulations Girl!!! I’m on the same path right now. I haven’t worked out in like over 10 years and since February I’ve been going very consistently almost every day, and I also do a water fast at the end of the month, which has helped me tremendously. I don’t drink alcohol anymore, which helped me a lot. I love seeing other women win 🥇
