this movie blew me out of the park. I went in thinking it was going to be so cliche, kind of creepy but mostly cheap predictable horror that's entertaining enough like the monkey. I absolutely did not expect to be stuck to my seat in the credits processing everything I just saw. it was so unexpected even in the expected parts like the car scene

The fact that the budget was 750,000 was crazy too! Such an excellent film! It is sad to see that people are missing the point of the movie though

I hear way more people complaining about people thinking there is not the villain than people that I have seen actually claim Bear is not the villain. My FYP is loaded with obsession stuff and I've not seen anybody defend him. like yeah he's not the villain for making the wish but he's the villain for how he reacts to it at every turn. Nikki absolutely was the scary part of the movie but not the villain of the movie. Bear was the villain but not scary.

I remember the only ad I saw for the film was before iron lung, and it was the only ad that really stuck out to me, as it was the scene in the car while he’s on the call with support. Just the one conversation shook me so bad I knew the movie had to be good.
