Oh my god, my dietitian was just telling me about these! So I just completed my first transformation challenge in a bodybuilding competition and was on a 16 week diet with a woman named Jen Michelli who is big in Herbalife. I was on the 16 week diet which was very high in protein. We were doing the Herbalife coffee as a snacks which were high in protein. However, now that the diet is over I have been looking for alternatives to cheaper high-protein, healthy snack, snacks. What do you recommend? I’m gonna attach my photos from the competition and transformation! Next step is bikini!

What do you think of the dried crane seca from the brand Vaquero Bandito? It’s not cheap but doesn’t see to have any nitrates. I can get it from Sprouts and love the lemon flavor.
