@rmntamina: A year ago, I was completely burnt out working in healthcare and questioning whether life was always supposed to feel this exhausting. This weekend, I walked into my first ever business event surrounded by people who decided they wanted more for their lives than just surviving from shift to shift. What stood out to me most wasn’t money or status. It was the diversity in the room. Mothers. Professionals. People fresh out of university. People who spent decades in traditional careers. People from completely different cultures, backgrounds and life experiences. All there because at some point they questioned the idea that life had to revolve around burnout, stress and constantly trading time for money. Healthcare taught me resilience, work ethic and how to keep going under pressure. But this experience taught me something equally important: Sometimes your environment is the thing keeping your thinking stuck. And the moment you start surrounding yourself with people building different kinds of lives… You realise there are far more options than you were originally taught to believe. Ready to build an income outside healthcare too? Comment NHS & I’ll share all the details 🫶 #n#nhsn#nursehealthcareworker
