Get some collagen supplements… my hair used to be horrible and was a breakage hell. Even had a bald patch from always having it up😫 I used the brand TRUSS and oh my god saved my hair , my hair grew back it’s a bit more spenny but it’s a life saver

It may be breakage from being pulled back too tight or often, especially if you sleep in a bun. I’d try leaving your hair down at night to keep it from breaking

I use to have my hair in a bun all the time my hair dresses said that it can cause breakage. I have extensions now my hairs constantly down and still have breakage so who knows 🤣
