This was an absolute hit!! That batch made 8 large cookies and when I tell you, everyone ate them. My very rude and honest brothers 😂 rated these 9/10 and a 10/10. Definitely adding this one to my collection

Can I use starter that is at its peak? I had used some earlier to make a loaf since it had already doubled and it’s doubled again since.. I didn’t feed it again though.
