Darling, I understand only too well how you feel right now. But rest and vocal rest is the quickest way back to where you want to be. Chrissy you need to take time for yourself! I’m so sorry with how you’re feeling. I have had anxiety for over half my life now and other mental health issues I deal with daily, so I truly understand. I can’t imagine not being able to do my passion due to the physical issues you’re having. But, you still always sound so amazing. You could even do lives where you don’t sing and just play music, and just talk and discuss random things like favourite Disney’s etc. We are all here to support you, and we will love your lives no matter what you do. I hope you feel better soon x
