Thisss 😩 expecting ADHD people to navigate long forms, appointments and timelines perfectly is actually wild. I spent years overwhelmed, stress eating and feeling uncomfortable in my body all the time while trying to “get it together.” Nothing I tried really helped long term. Then someone recommended Eat Like a Woman Protocol written by Loren Green in a wellbeing forum and everything shifted for me. 29 lbs gone, calmer digestion and I finally feel more balanced mentally and physically. My favourite recommendation lately tbh))

I went to my pcp for a referral to get an adhd assessment, they called me told me they were sending over intake forms via email and they were only active for 24 hrs. I never got the email, totally forgot about it until a week later when I was telling my coworker about my appt. So I got my answer😂😂😂

Just got charged £36 from go daddy and I can’t cancel it as the email doesn’t exist any more. But my GP says they don’t have enough info for a diagnosis 😩😂

I was diagnosed on 1st April, the irony lol, I am 55 and knew I had inattentive adhd but was shocked to be diagnosed with hyperactive and inattentive.
