Mine too. Add spices and put on everything. Replaces sour cream, cream cheese, heavy whipping cream. Pizza crust.

There’s also other brands of cottage cheese… doesn’t have to be this one 👍 (don’t get me wrong I love this one as is/not blended - others not so much. But if you’re going to be blending it, doesn’t really matter! Just look for small curd and whichever one has the most protein )
